Custom Orders
Because every piece we create is entirely customized for you, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect information provided at checkout. Once you purchase an item, it is yours.

Order Errors
The only exception to our no-return policy is if the error is our fault (e.g., you received the wrong item or there was a manufacturing error on our end). Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at customdoorplaques@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Quality & Handling
We pride ourselves on using the best quality materials on the market. If you follow the proper handling and care instructions, your plaque will not break and you will be able to enjoy it for years to come.

2-Year Replacement Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your plaque breaks within the first 2 years of the purchase date, we offer a replacement program:

  1. You must send the broken plaque back to us. All pieces of the broken plaque must be included.
  2. You must include your original receipt or proof of purchase (an online order confirmation is acceptable).
  3. Once we receive the pieces and verify the purchase, we will manufacture and send you a brand-new replacement plaque of the exact same design.

Discontinued Designs: If the specific design or materials you originally ordered are no longer available, we will issue you a refund in the form of a Store Gift Card for the exact amount you originally paid.
